Our goal is to deliver access to business action trainings and expert consultancy services to industry professionals, all in one platform. We aim to empower businesses to adopt sustainable practices without compromising long-term profitability, and to leverage the transformative power of AI to embed sustainability and climate action, optimise processes, enhance decision-making, and maintain a competitive edge in a dynamic environment. Our commitment is to provide these resources in short, actionable formats that are practical and cost-effective for our audience.
At this initial stage, we extend a warm welcome to sustainability and AI experts to collaborate with us in developing training and consulting services for our audience. We also invite marketing experts to collaborate with us to expand the reach of our platform. Dr Angela Ya Gao PhD, Senior Fellow HEA, CPA Australia
Angela is an award-winning Lecturer in Accounting and Finance at the University of Sussex Business School, with 16 years of extensive teaching experience gained from leading universities in the UK and China. She is recognised for her development of the postgraduate module, Sustainable Business Finance, which analyses the mechanisms driving sustainable transformations in business operations, emphasising value creation alongside long-term profitability. Her postgraduate students, mainly professionals transitioning into sustainability from banking and consultancy, have highly praised this module. She also holds key leadership roles as Course Director and Students Recruitment Lead.
Angela is at the forefront of AI-driven business transformation, integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into finance, sustainability, and business strategy. Her thought leadership extends to widely-read articles on platforms like LinkedIn and Zhihu, attracting millions of views and showcasing her expertise in AI-driven innovation, sustainability, and business intelligence.

Sourajit Aiyer
Sourajit earned his MSc (Distinction) in Sustainable Finance and Accounting at the University of Sussex, during which he worked on the Green Futures student consultancy and the Connector student blogger programs, aside from delivering a TEDx talk.
He is a finance and sustainability professional with 17 years of experience across multiple countries, having worked in technical advisory/consulting, training delivery and business research projects with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), auctusESG, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, UBS Investment Bank London, Evalueserve, Grameen Capital, and UNEP’s Sustainable India Finance Facility, as well as serving as a freelance consultant for multiple clients.
He has authored 3 books on Asian regional economies and ~170 articles on sustainability, business, and finance, in addition to delivering university guest lectures, conference talks and banker capacity-building sessions on topics such as business strategy, sustainable finance, climate risk, and ESG, both virtually and in-person.

Bilegsaikhan (Billie) Byambadorj
Billie has graduated with a Master’s degree in Sustainable Finance and Accounting from the University of Sussex Business School. She also currently leads the Green Futures Consultancy Team, providing sustainability-focused solutions and strategic recommendations.
Before her academic pursuits, Billie was a Senior Manager at the Mongolian Sustainable Finance Association (MSFA), where she led the green business development and verification unit and managed several projects aimed at introducing green business practices and ESG reporting to the private sector.
Billie’s career began at Ernst & Young, where she worked for seven years, advancing from Auditor to Senior Auditor. She has extensive experience working with international corporations, local business groups, and major banks in Mongolia and abroad. Her work emphasized the importance of Environmental and Social reporting, circular economy practices, and sustainable finance, leading her to pivot her career towards sustainability.
